Why I became a trainer

Having never grown up with much guidance in terms of health and fitness it was no surprise that years of terrible eating habits and a sedentarylifestyle had wreaked havoc on my body.


Women and weight training

There is a very common misconception that women who lift weights will "bulk up" and look "man-ish." I am hoping to dispel these "fitness" platitudes by briefly explaining the reality of weight lifting for women.


Ectomorphs and growing

The plight of the ectomorph male tends to go unheard or even ridiculed. Comments like, "You're so skinny, I wish I could eat whatever I wanted" are the bane of a man desperately trying to gain mass's existence.
