Whether your goal is to cut 5 pounds and tone up or lose 50 pounds or more, I can get you the results you need. Through a combination of personal experience, personalized program design, and one-on-one sessions utilizing resistance training, balance and stability work, and nutritional guidance, we’ll work together to reach your goal.

Strength Training

The foundation of any fitness program should be strength, both mental and physical. I train all my clients to be ready for anything from climbing mountains to managing life’s ups and downs. Through free weight and compound movement training in a structured, customized plan, you’ll develop muscle, strength, balance and stability, and overall functionality that will make all activities of daily living easier.

Nutrition

To maintain a healthy lifestyle and fuel your progress gained through training, it is imperative to understand what you are fueling your body with and how it impacts your goals. I can help guide you through dieting decisions and into the development of sustainable, healthy and satisfying eating habits.

If you have access to a fitness facility and a cell phone, you have what you need to succeed with my personalized remote training program. At just $100/month, this program is both affordable and effective.

Through daily check-ins, customized workout plans, nutritional guidance and motivational messages, I’ll work with you and your schedule to help you achieve your goals in a cost-effective way. This more affordable option includes multiple workouts every week, customized to your goals, schedule and equipment availability. You’ll receive near-daily motivation, and we’ll create a schedule together to keep you on track and continually making progress.

Online Coaching provides the same level of detail and client-specific programming as training with me in person, but with the flexibility of your own schedule and budget. So if one-on-one sessions aren’t your thing, you work crazy hours and need flexibility, have budget restrictions, or are self motivated but need guidance, Online Coaching is perfect for you!

My own path to health is what inspired me to help others achieve their health and fitness goals. In six months, I lost nearly 60 pounds and turned my unhappy, inactive lifestyle into a life I’m proud of. Now I help others achieve what I was able to attain: a lifestyle rooted in a balanced, sustainable approach to life-long health.

I know first-hand what it takes to make a significant lifestyle change. Sick of feeling tired, sluggish and unhappy, I finally made the choice that changed my life. It is my success in improving my own life that prompted me to explore a career in health and fitness. Now, I’m proud to have helped many individuals achieve their fitness goals, from significant weight loss to muscle growth and beyond.

The first thing you’ll notice about me is I’m not your average personal trainer. My style and approach is “old school” – through resistance training and classic, time-tested weight lifting routines, I’ve helped clients, male and female, of all age groups, drop pounds, firm up, and virtually redesign their bodies based on their goals. Beyond that, my clients become my friends, and I share in their success as I coach them. My goal? To give you the tools, motivation and foundational strength to continue your healthy lifestyle for your entire life.

"I have been following Brandon's workouts for over a year now. When I first started he made sure to get a good idea of what my goals were and what equipment I had to work with. He had me start working out 4 times a week for around hour each with a mix of isolated and compound movements. He gradually ramped up the intensity of the workouts without increasing the total workout duration.  I started at a weight of 119 lbs and within 6 months reached over 140 lbs. He usually sends out the workouts once a week so that he can get feed back before making the following week. I have really appreciated this as a couple of movements haven't worked well with my equipment so he replaces them with a different exercise that targets the same muscle group. He is also quick to explain how to perform the movements with the proper form if I have any questions. I would highly recommend his workouts if you have the discipline to follow them to the T as you will see significant results."

I have gained more strength with Brandon than I have in any other workout environment (and I’ve tried a lot of them).  He is extremely knowledgeable about weightlifting, strength training, and overall health.  I never thought I particularly enjoyed lifting weights as an exercise before working out with Brandon, however after a year of seeing real results, and reaching tangible goals, I have a newfound appreciation for strength training I never had before.  Additionally, Brandon takes the time to teach you the exercises and proper form, so that you can use them to workout on your own. I used to feel so uncomfortable in the gym by myself especially around the free weights and equipment I would go straight for the cardio, but after Brandon I feel confident enough to use all the equipment to get in a real workout session.
